Most complaints can't be resolved without discussing the matter with other people, so we may need to share information about your complaint with the team at the pub you visited, or their area or regional manager; the management team of a contractor we have engaged; or other types of third party organisation. We will only share information with others when it's necessary to investigate and resolve your complaint.
